Requests received during business hours are confirmed the same day. Evening and weekend messages are answered the next morning, and urgent vendor or access requests are prioritized wherever the schedule allows.

Almost any recurring household task fits the board: grocery and pharmacy runs, hardware pickups, package returns, dry cleaning, gift sourcing, vendor waits and relocation day support. If a request falls outside our regular routes we will still consider it, and we will give an honest estimate of the time involved before opening a slip.
Same day requests are best sent before eleven in the morning so we can fold them into an existing route. Larger tasks such as relocation days, staffed reception coverage and event bookings are best arranged several days ahead, especially during the busy season when desirable dates fill quickly.
Yes. Access codes, schedules, preferences and vendor details stay with the desk and are never shared outside the work required to complete your request. Our full practices are described in the privacy policy, and clients are welcome to review it before opening a slip.
